Excellent vintage
condition. Minor wear on the base. It does not affect adjustment. It
adjusts from about 17" to 25" to the top of the seat. This
piece is adjustable so that it can lower enough to seat a child or
raise to seat an adult. It has a 360 degree swivel seat. This is in
wonderful, solid, vintage condition. Made in the USA. $120
